Micro Art Studio will ship products within approx 5 days (although the average period of time is 3-4 working days) upon receipt of your order and will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information regarding product availability.

Poland - 2 € for packages up to 2 kg, 4 € for larger ones

United States and Canada - for packages up to 2 kg - 8 €

Rest of the world - for packages up to 2 kg - 12 €

Delivery Time:

The time of delivering depending upon your location.
Poland will normally take 2-5 business days.
Europe will normally take 5-8 business days.
United States normally will take 6-15 business days.
Australia will normally take 7-18 business days.

Remember to add around 3-4 days for processing. If you didn't get your order by the time mentioned - please contact us. Giving us the order number in the message will speed up the reply.

If you wish to cancel the order you may do so within 2 working days of the email notification. Micro Art Studio will take appropriate steps to return any payment you have made as soon as possible.

Returns

We believe that you will be delighted with Micro Art Studio product but from time to time you may feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, this includes all shipping costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

If you return the product in its original condition because of faulty goods or incorrect orders, Micro Art Studio will either;refund the total amount, including return shipping costs to you
or
replace the faulty item or incorrect order at no extra cost.
