Micro Art Studio will ship products within approx 5 days (although the average period of time is 3-4 working days) upon receipt of your order and will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information regarding product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you placed an order, Micro Art Studio will send you an email notifing you how soon the order can be shipped to you.  

Prices:

We use a flat rate that is based only on the distance and not the weigth of the order.

Poland - 2 €

European Union and larger part of Europe - 6 €

United States and Canada - 8 €

Rest of the world - 12 €

Delivery Time:

The time of delivering depending upon your location.
Poland will normally take 2-5 business days.
Europe will normally take 5-8 business days.
United States normally will take 6-15 business days.
Australia will normally take 7-18 business days. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so within 2 working days of the email notification. Micro Art Studio will take appropriate steps to return any payment you have made as soon as possible.

Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with Micro Art Studio product but from time to time you may feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, this includes all shipping costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you return the product in its original condition because of faulty goods or incorrect orders, Micro Art Studio will either;refund the total amount, including return shipping costs to you
or
replace the faulty item or incorrect order at no extra cost.
